dj Sam vibe 2.0
History
I began DJing in 1999 and rapidly gained recognition in the club scene and at underground parties. Initially, I focused on psychedelic trance but gradually transitioned to more club-friendly material. Everything seemed promising, and I was on the verge of turning it into a potential career. Unfortunately, I had to stop around 2004 due to mental health issues. Since then, every once in a while, I have longed for the feel of the art of the spin, the spinorama. Now I’m back and really hyped about it!
Finessed techniques
Even in the early days, the skills in mixing and set-building were the things I focused on and wanted to master. Now I have taken them to another level by developing techniques for blending a wide variety of styles to keep it interesting, yet still flowing. I have evolved into a new upgraded version of myself. Coming back after being absent so long and in a totally out-of-the-box way of approach, I have become DJ Sam Vibe 2.0.
The sound
How would I describe my sound? Moody, groovy, sexy… sometimes gloomy then joyfully blooming, from melancholic to orgasmic… smooth, but occasionally so raw you can feel it in your jaw. Electric waves of synths and guitars blending together for an unholy matrimony of good and evil. Talented vocalists and lyricists throwing themselves to the altar of art, bare and naked, always hearing that sequenced pounding and pumping…
